- The episode was written, shot and edited remotely in just three weeks in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic when the whole of the United States of America was in lockdown. From start to finish, including being conceived to released happened within the space of one month.
- Apple provided iPhones and sets of AirPods to the cast to help them film the episode.
- Rachel has a statue of Aloy from Horizon: Zero Dawn in the background. Her actor, Ashly Burch, voiced the main character, Aloy, in the game.
- During the scene where Ian goes to Poppy's apartment, Rob McElhenney was not present for the physical meeting between the two characters due to shelter in place being in effect. Charlotte Nicdao's husband, Bayden Hine, stood in for McElhenny with Ian's lines being added later.
